The Millennium building, former Bank of Commerce, Main St Winnipeg Mb 2003. The Canadian Bank of Commerce, Canada’s second largest financial institution at the time, opened at 389 Main St Winnipeg in 1912. It was built by architects Darling and Pearson of Toronto.

The pre-1921 unofficial Arms of Canada, which combined the coats of arms of the four original provinces:
The upper left quadrant features the St. George’s Cross of England.
The upper right quadrant displays the Royal Arms of Scotland.
The middle left quadrant shows the harp of Ireland.
The bottom section incorporates the arms of the four founding provinces: Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick.
