This was a pop up chicken processing plant, appearing at fall/harvest to process poultry. It took care of the arduous task of killing and dressing the poultry, leaving the farmer only the bagging and freezing.
I was home for Thanksgiving and accompanied my brother with his flock. I had a friend on the inside and was allowed to photograph the activity. If anyone would like to provide additional or correct existing information; please comment.
